Kotor Old Town

Petra gave us an enthusiastic and detailed tour around Kotor Old Town. Lots of interesting information about Montenegro's history and the Old Town itself, and some helpful recommendations on places to eat or visit. A must do if visiting Kotor!

My Husband and I were met at the entrance to the Port by our driver Dan, who speaks good English. Dan drove us to Perast and Budva which we explored on our own, as well as showing us numerous interesting sights. At the end of the tour he dropped us by the entrance to Kotor Old Town which we walked around on our own It is a charming area. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Via tour has not disappointed yet! Boyanna was AWESOME. her local knowledge brought Kotor to life. She was a pleasure and we would highly recommend both her and Viator.

Good little walking tour of Kotor’s old town. The tour takes you to a handful of Kotor’s most iconic spots. Our guide spoke a lot about religion within Montenegro, culture, as well as the abundant maritime significance Kotor has.

We had Petra for our walking tour. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very enthusiastic about her country and happy to share its story with us. Her English is very fluent. She answered all our questions. I highly recommend her as a tour guide. This tour is a great way of getting to explore Kotor/Old Town.

We had an incredible time in Kotor! Our guide gave us the background and history of the Old Town and provided recommendations and details for places to eat and things to do. Impossible to beat this valve. Our guide was personable and such a sweet person. She grew up in Kotor along with generations of her family. Can’t imagine having a more knowledgeable guide. Petra was our tour guide. She was energetic and passionate about her country and Kotor. Petra started with a good overview of Montenegro and setting the scene and giving us a background into the country’s existence. She walked us around explaining the history and sharing stories, answering our questions and leaving us with suggestions does things to do around Kotor and Montenegro.

We saw all the sites and had a great time. This is only for a driver and our driver didn’t speak very much English so it wasn’t a guide. If you need just to get around the sites without a guide we would recommend. Very fun day!
