Wir waren zu Fünft und hatten eine Tour für den Vormittag ab 10 Uhr gebucht. Unsere guides Francesco und Tommy waren sehr nett und kompetent.
Allerdings haben wir im Vorfeld keine konkrete Zeitangabe für den Startzeitpunkt bekommen. Erst auf Nachfrage per E-Mail am Tourtag wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Tour am Nachmittag um 14.30 Uhr stattfinden sollte. Das passte eigentlich garnicht, weil wir für den Nachmittag andere Pläne hatten. Unsere Anfrage, die Tour wie geplant auf den Vormittag zu legen,,würde vom Veranstalter nicht mal beantwortet. Einer konnte die Tour deshalb nicht mitmachen Aber auch uns anderen blieb nichts anderes übrig, als unser Nachmittagsprogramm zu ändern, ansonsten hätten wir die Tour ebenfalls verfallen lassen müssen.
