air conditioning!!

This tour was 90 minutes on an air conditioned bus. The driver told us rich history about the area and kept us engaged the whole time. I just wish we had a few stops along the way to take picutres. We did stop by the waterfront for about 5 minutes for a photo opp. Masks were optional--some people wore them, some did not. We added in the house tour which is across the street from the Visitor's Center. Tours are on the 1/2 hour and most of the home is not air conditioned. Plenty of paid parking and restrooms at the Visitor's Center. Overall, a nice way to tour Charleston on a hot, humid, day.
