We are located on the corner of Market & 16th Streets @ Garbanzo's Mediterranean Grill and we meet right in front of Garbanzo's 10 minutes prior to tour time start. We recommend parking @ the 16th Street Mall Garage.

Riding a Segway is always fun, so that part was good. What was so awfully disappointing was the guide. He barely acknowledged anyone on the tour — there were only 5 total, had almost no information to share and seemed like we were intruding on his phone time.

The tour was awesome! They started with showing us how to ride segways which gave me the skills I needed to be able to enjoy the tour. The path covered was pretty much the same I did on another company's bike tour, so I was able to just relax and enjoy the ride.

Your advertising said we would get a historical tour of Denver. Josh stopped at the Union Station and gave a short talk about that. We drove by the house that hosted an MTV reality show. The final stop was where the 2 rivers meet and he said, “This is where Denver began in 1876 and so did Colorado. You can read about it on the sign.” The Segways were fun, but Josh rode his bike while he wore his headphones. We had to try to keep up with him.

We had fun with the Segways. Josh did a good job training on their use. Tour started late. Equipment old and one broke down during the tour. We did not learn much about the city as there were not many stops and Josh did not go into much detail.

Their was very little history or interesting tidbits as we went. Stopped at a few discreet stops that were ok. No engaging from guide to guests. I fell off my Segway and the guide was way way ahead. Other guests helped me. The guide was so far ahead another guest had to call him. Perfunctory interested in how I was or if the Segway was ok. He had been very nice to me because I was late

Josh was an excellent instructor and had my wife calm and confident after 10 minutes of instructions! She was like a pro after the 2 hour excursion. Great views, great routes and a wonderful day with Josh and Xavier. I’d recommend to anyone coming to Denver for the 1st time!

The tour guide, Josh, texted us anout 60 min before our tour and told us not to arrive early, per the instructions on the website, as he was still charging the segways. Josh cut our tour short, stating that our training took longer than expected. Not quite right…. We waited outside in the alley for a good 15-20 min while he locked up and got his bike. He stated that he had another tour at 4, and needed all of our segways for that tour. His mistake was that he forgot that the 2pm tour, the tour we were on, was the last tour of the day on their website, and that he had already told us that the segways neeed 3 hours to charge. He rode his bike in front of us, rarely taking out his earbuds to talk to us. At one stopping point, we struggled to get back on the segways. When we finally got going, the rest of the group was nowhere to be seen. We were separated for a good 15-20 min before he came back looking for us. Instead of apologizing he said,” I can’t see everyone from my bike.” That being said, the Segways were lots of fun and we met some very nice people. Mabey try another company because or they should get a new tour guide.

Two hours was perfect to tour the city. Stopped at Union Station, Coors Field, their version of Central Park, rode past Empower Field where the Broncos play, and the convention center. Tour guide Josh was sight to behold too ; )

We did the segway tour of downtown Denver yesterday (4 of us) and really enjoyed the experience. Justin was our guide and he did a really good job with the training (as 3 of our party had never been on a segway before) and also making sure everyone was comfortable with the ride. Great way to see the downtown area's points of interest. I highly recommend this tour!

It was the worst tour we’ve ever been on. Josh was unenthusiastic and seemed completely uninterested in his job. He didn’t even ask our names when we met up with him! He gave us limited to no information on the sites we saw. We had one day in Denver and thought a Segway tour would be a great way to learn about city but didn’t get that. Extremely disappointing.
