The wine tasting, sheep cheese, tour guide, visiting the towns and the group we went with was excellent.
Highly Recommend!!!

Such a beautiful trip visiting the Chanti winery’s and small villages. This was the highlight of our Italy trip!
Lovely day in the Chianti Hills!
, Jun 2022
Friendly tour guide and knowledgable staff at the vineyards. Nice to experience with other people from all over the world. Organised transport in an AC bus which was ideal as it was very hot on the day we went!
Easy tour , delicious wine and snacks

This tour is great If you are looking for an easy way to see the country side and to try some local wines! The first vineyard is small and the second vineyard is bigger and at the bigger one the wine maker walks you through 3 different wines and it is a very traditional tasting. For someone who wanted the Italian wine tasting experience, is on a budget and is no wine expert, this tour was perfect!

A mixed review! The wine tastings were okay. The stops in the local villages were not enough time to really do anything. At the 2nd winery we had to climb a very long steep hill that was difficult with no warning on a hot day. Not mentioned in any descriptions!☹ Do BETTER
Nice wineries but there’s several buts
, Jun 2022
The wineries were nice, especially the second one and the wines were really good. The tour guide was nice too but she recommended one restaurant (Ristorante Pizzeria La cantina) at the first village which seemed a scam. I think it was irresponsible to recommend a place where they try to fool your money for example by asking if you want mozzarella to your pizza and then charge you extra 4€ per pizza for that. The aperols were also pricey and the food was bad when compared to the price we paid (almost 80€ for three pizzas, two aperols, coca cola and water). It felt like the tour has some kind of deal with the restaurant. There was also a hurry all the time and after the tasting there was limited to no time to explore the winery by yourself. Even though the small towns were beautiful, we would have appreciated free time at the wineries more. In our opinion, the second town could have been skipped to increase the time in other places. Also the group was too big and some people were very loud and speaking over the guide.

The second winery and the detailed wine explanation was invaluable not to mention the wine quality. The countryside was beautiful to see and experience. The drawback was too many people participating in the tour.

Vineyards great, towns too much
, Jun 2022
More time should be spent at the actual wineries as opposed to the towns. Felt rushed at every step of rhe way since we spent 40 minutes in the first town, and just walked through the second town without sitting down or doing anything at all. We could've used that extra hour to have another glass of wine at a vineyard or relax a bit and enjoy the beautiful vineyard scenery rather than be shuttled to the next location
Lovely afternoon tour

Glorious scenery, gracious and knowledgeable vintners, and delicious wines. The side trip to the town of Chianti was too short for anything but some brief shopping

Very nice small vineyards good wine and interesting introduction from sommelier. Personally the lasts stop in San Donato village - I would skip- we just run it though and went back to bus
A very interesting and fun trip!
, Jun 2022
The Chianti tour was fantastic. We visited 2 winery’s where we had a taste of multiple Italian wines, plus food (cheese, bread, meats). The tour guides were very informative, and the stop offs in the two small towns allowed us some free time. I’d definitely recommend this trip! Just remember to bring water as it was quite hot in summer!
Amazing wine country experience!

Had an excellent experience, our tour guide (Caico?) had great trivia and jokes! Good variety of wines, oils, vinegars to sample both wineries were beautiful with professional hosts. We really enjoyed the walking tour around Castellina! Overall a great value tour! Only con: the meeting point is not very well described (no address) we had to call for directions and almost missed the bus!
Great wines were tasted!
, May 2022
Overall we were very happy with our wine tasting tour in Chianti region. Our tour guide was brilliant - funny and informative at the right times. The two wineries were nice, great views and wine was tasted.. definitely need the stop at Greve to buy lunch as you don't get enough food just tastings at the wineries. We were lucky enough to have the flower market on at Greve which was beautiful. I would recommend removing Castellina (last village stop) and having more time at wineries and Greve! The wine tastings themselves weren't enough to really enjoy them so we bought another glass at each vineyard! And at lunch! *hic*

Views of Tuscany and visit to Greve were my favourite part. The guide showed good knowledge and humour. Although gratuity was apparently included, it was still mentioned/requested at the end.

Great value for money....

Great value for money. Nice wines. Beautiful nature. Friendly guide. The villages where we stopped were also a big plus.

Just ok.
, May 2022
Tour guide was useless. All he did was walk us to the village or winery without any commentary at all about villages history, churches, or any commentary about Florence, the wall near pick-up point or anything. Wineries were ok but there was no information about how to drink the wines (like swirling, smelling, drink on back of tongue etc). Wished for less time in Greve & more in Castellina. Told us to go into tunnel but told us nothing about it.
Afternoon making memories
, May 2022
Great afternoon trip to Chianti. Guide Laura was excellent, very informative, interesting and friendly. The 2 wineries were very enjoyable with great hosts and great produce. We tasted wines, olive oil and balsamic. Also visited Greve which is beautiful. Lovely driving through the toscana countryside admiring the fabulous views.
