We had a great time with our family of two adults and two teenagers who are basically novice riders. The ranch crew was friendly and attentive with experienced trail guides. The views and terrain really gave us the big country experience we were hoping for. The ranch is a nice destination with lots to offer visitors.
Highly recommend this trip for families!

Our tour was with Dylan and he was fantastic. He was friendly and professional. Our afternoon always very enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable about the areas of the Teton park he took us to see. Thank you Dylan! It was a great afternoon.
Please note: when doing this tour you will need your park pass with you.

My 14 yr old grandson and I had an amazing 4 hour ride that included a nice lunch. Our guide Morgan was really fun to ride with. We went thru the rivers, we rode up a very high mountain where we broke for lunch with amazing views. We saw grizzly bears, elk, and deer. My grandson and I both loved it so much we went back the next day for a 2 hr ride which was also awesome.
Great ride and friendly staff

Very skittish and undisciplined horses. Not for beginners at all. Horses required high levels of control and would jump, canter, and run up and down hillsides. One woman in our riding group was thrown. The guides had no clear procedure for handling an injured woman or how to handle the rest of the horses who started to get agitated. Lots of biting and kicking horses. I’ve been on about 5 Trail rides and this was a scary one. I regret putting myself and family in danger.
Beautiful Scenery!

I want to point out what I found were the positives and ideas to improve. First, we had what I considered the perfect size, 6 riders, plus our guide Deshaun. Riders’ level of experience was never having been on a horse to an accomplished rider. I would recommend a little more ring time before departing.
Deshaun answered all of my questions, yet the riders in the rear couldn’t hear him. I would recommend stopping for just a couple of minutes in a few intervals to check on riders and give instruction on how to handle the horse.
We had a beautiful ride, we made it to the top of a gravel road and Deshaun took photos of each couple with the mountain range as our backdrop. These horses do not gallop, it’s more of a slight trot but my horse was very well mannered.
Overall it was enjoyable, but I would not want to be with a large group.
Great ride with Colby!

A LOT to be desired.

I have been a licensed riding instructor and trainer for 40 years. I also spent 10 years taking high profile clients on supervised rides cross country, so am more than qualified to address this issue. There were SO many things that were wrong and potentially dangerous in this ride. Taking a group of 18 people, at least 16 of whom were rank beginners, two of whom were small children, and one of those scared to pieces, was crazy. There was a lead rider and a wrangler. That was not enough to care for 18 riders. The horse the child was on decided to head for home an hour into the ride. The potential for critical injury was huge. The second guide had to leave the group to get the kid and one parent back to the ranch safely. Another rider started having trouble w a horse kicking at it's belly repeatedly, an hour and a half out, on a tar road, going downhill. He rightly expressed concern and was told he could get off and walk. Another rider, the only other with some experience, offered and did switch horses. Had I EVER been advised as to the possible size of the group, I would never have gone. I basically spent the 2 hours watching out for my family and the riders immediately near me. And it cost me money to do so. Really disappointed. And, I doubt this will be posted for review of potential clients.

We perform checks on reviews
You can only submit a review or rating of an experience to Viator if you were the person who made the booking through Viator. Before publication, each review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information for each of the following criteria: who, what, how, and when. If the system detects something that contradicts our publication criteria, the review is not published. When the system detects a problem with a review, it may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site. In some cases, we will also send you an email asking you to validate your review before it is published. All you need to do is click on the link provided in the email. After publication, our team checks each review reported to it as not meeting our publication criteria. Tripadvisor reviews that appear on the Viator site are subject to the same checks and moderation processes as set out above. It is not necessary to have booked an experience through Viator (or Tripadvisor) to submit a review of an experience to the Tripadvisor site.

Sorting, ranking, and search results
Viator wants to make your searches as relevant as possible. That’s why we offer many ways to help you find the right experiences for you.
On some pages, you can select how to sort the results we display and also use filter options to see only those search results that meet your chosen preferences. You’ll see explanations of what those sort options mean when you select them.
You’ll see some experiences with a “Promoted” badge, which means that the operators of those experiences have agreed to pay Viator more to have their experience highlighted.
If you see an Experience Award Winner label, the award is based on average review ratings, share of bookings with a review, and number of bookings through Viator over a 12-month period.
The importance of any one factor over any other in a sort order varies, and the balance is constantly being reviewed and adjusted. We’re always updating our systems and testing new ways to refine and improve your results to make them as relevant as possible to meet your needs.
