With a packed house on one of the busiest days of the year I got to marry my soulmate. It took awhile but we saw it through and made our Union.

TL;DR the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing while simultaneously giving itself a self inflicted head wound. 0/10 would not recommend. We bought our package a while ago, I called about 17 times to confirm, and the day we were supposed to be married 02/22/2022, it was an absolute clown fiesta. We were willing to give a TON of leeway because we knew they were going to be busy, but there was ZERO organization. When one of the employees came through in an attempt to "take charge" she grabs a piece of paper and says " OK I need to get everyone's name and the time of your scheduled service. We're going to start going in order of the time you were scheduled." I'm sorry exactly what in the hell do you mean you're going to "start" doing that?? Why weren't you already doing that??? Our time slot was for 2:00. and at 3:45 we still hadn't been CHECKED IN! We traveled from out of state for our ceremony and had to be checked out of our hotel by 6:00 PM. We didn't even get to have our service. We ended up finding a private minister and having our wedding off site, with no videos or pictures or flowers or anything we paid for. One couple was supposed to have been married at 12:00 noon and the venue lost their marriage license.!!! WHAT?!?!?!? I spoke to tons of other couples that had gotten married at other venues and said they had to wait 35-45 minutes but nothing like the experience we had or the experiences of others we personally witnessed. The limo driver was RUDE and terrifying as well. Like I said I get it, it was a very busy day, but you shouldn't get to use that as an excuse because YOU over booked it. Being busy is one thing but when we watched people who were schedule after us, and arrived after us, getting married before us, that's just disorganization and poor management. You had brides and families in tears and balls of stress because flights and other reservations were getting missed due to their chaos. Your inability to control the chaos you created left MANY people unhappy.

We arrived for our 12:30pm ceremony to discover the parking lot full of people, the chapel shoulder to shoulder with dozens upon dozens of unhappy couples. The staff was completely overwhelmed and disorganized behind help. By 2:30, they admitted they couldn’t find our marriage license that we handed them at noon. Brides and grooms began having meltdowns. At close to 3:30, they found our paperwork after we asked them to keep looking more than 5 times as they were being accosted by everyone who had also been waiting hours, along with all the people constantly arriving. Half of the ministers had gone home, we were told. Camera crews were outside interviewing people who were forced to stand outside in the parking lot in freezing weather with 50mph gusts. We finally had our ceremony, our vows hilariously interrupted by a cat who apparently sauntered up the aisle and began scratching its claws on the pew behind us. We felt rushed, the was the absolute opposite to what we had hoped would be a special day, especially being up close to the emotions of dozens of other couples who had their wedding days ruined, and that of all their guests. We were so glad we didn’t bring guests to endure what we did.

They were a minimum of 3 hours behind schedule. They were very unorganized, I paid $199.00 plus $60.00 for the minister, I didn’t get the full experience because I had a flight to catch. They just kept saying we will get to you when we can, they didn’t have a back up plan or extras help. In my opinion they should have been better prepared for something like this.
