Great day but different than advertised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day, and had Ken, our driver, customize it to accommodate our interests. He was friendly and kind. We expected a bit more of a history and giving information on the area. Ken walked with us outside Mdina to find the catacombs, which was great. He also suggested a lovely winery to go for tastings, so we added that to the day. We saw Mdina, the catacombs, the Dingli cliffs, the Hagar Quim temples, and St Paul’s Bay, plus the wine tasting. So glad we booked the tour to accomplish all this. It was well worth the money spent, and we were able to avoid bus tours and crowds. The description of the tour said it included drinks and snacks, though they were not offered. Nor were we offered the optional lunch at a farmhouse. Not sure why.

I sincerely apologize for the optional lunch at the farmhouse, however the owner was not available that day due to a personal emergency and could not find a replacement for a venue.
I hope that you enjoyed the island of Malta as much as you had hoped for, and I sincerely hope that D'Amato Rentals aided your experience.
Again I apologize for any inconveniences with regards to the lunch, however I have advised the driver to recommend some of the best restaurants in Malta in exchange for the private lunch. I understand that you booked for this experience in additional to the private driver, however unfortunately some things are out of our control. I hope that we can make it up to you in the near future.
