Bad customer service
, Jun 2022
The tour was awesome but when I went to pick up tickets I had purchased through you the guy was unable to scan the code off my phone and was not wanting to help me and said there was nothing he could do if he couldn’t scan it. When I refused to leave without a refund he then typed in my name and found the tickets. That part was very frustrating but the tour was amazing and worth the money. There customer service is just lacking
Too long a wait in the rain
, Jun 2022
There was an exceptionally long wait at one of the stops. It was raining so it really was a negative. Understand staffing is an issue for everyone but really should disclose at beginning of experience.

, Jun 2022
Very little historic information, lady only seemed to point out restaurants most of the time. Not the reason I went I tour, I wanted to hear about buildings and history etc on new orleans.

So worth it! Saw all of the sights in NO and we hopped off where we wanted to and just rode on the bus when we just wanted to look and keep going. Sit upstairs,, it’s hot but you get a breeze and the view is wonderful.
Not worth the money!!!
, Jun 2022
None, I seen the same things when riding on the trolleys. You couldn't hear some of things the operator was saying, Mike system bad. It wasn't a hop-on hop-off we stayed on the bus the whole time. Short trip.
Great experience
, Jun 2022
The best part was our guide Zelda! She was amazing. Worth every penny to be able to hop on and off when we wanted to. So glad we did this!
A great ride

Must see tour
, Jun 2022
We went on the tour with Jim and Joe and they were outstanding. Jim was so knowledgeable and Joe was extremely safe. The value for the tour was worth much more than the cost. Don’t hesitate to book, book now.

Unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to attend. I feel like it would have been great which is why I gave the stars. Our road we stayed on was flooding and we were advised to not get out.
Great to see city
, Jun 2022
We enjoyed the dialogue from the tour guide. Also happy to have rain poncho provided since there was a downpour for a short time
Great and informative!
, Jun 2022
The tour guides are great! We heard three different ones saying different things for the same place. That was great! More stops and a better way to know (gps?) when the bus is arriving at a particular stop will give this your a 5 stars!
Best tour ever!
, Jun 2022

No refund given
, Jun 2022
I wasn't given a refund when I had to miss the trip due to medical issues because I didn't cancel 24 hours ahead. Medical issues don't always occur on a schedule.
NO family tour
, May 2022
It was a very knowledgeable tour of New Orleans. We each got something from the trip we will always remember, many few things!
