Worth it!

We had a great time on this tour. Alex and the crew really worked hard to make it a safe and fun experience. Getting a up close look at whales, dolphins, and sea turtles made it well worth it.

I wasn't expecting to be swimming with any wild animal, but the experience was still not so great compared to the price. I still wanted to try and didn't expect much, and my conclusion is that I will not do it again or recommend it to others. There was a dance performance by the staff but nothing else that you can call Hawaiian Cultural Experience. Only small packs of snacks and protein bars were served. They charged an extra $10 per wet suit on the bus to the harbor, and they hadn't delivered it until after we asked for it and were about to get into the water with the life vest on, so we had to take it off and put the wet suit on. They gave the suits out like first-come-first-serve, including people who didn't pay for it and then we didn't get the sizes we ordered. I reached out to the tour operator but they said those people were charged through phone after the tour, which is total BS to me because they should have it done on the bus back. Some of the staff were very nice, some were not and it gave us a not good experience. Honestly. Laying down free on the beach is probably more fun.

Do not do it! Do not waste ur money

We were group of nine & while we were in the ocean, I asked the photographer to take a family picture. I was ignored. The host was not educated about the Hawaiian Culture therefore, it was not a Hawaiian Cultural Experience. The female driver from the hotel to the dock provided more of a Hawaiian experience for us. The staff gave a vibe of high school click kids. We saw very little fishes during the snorkeling part of the trip. This is because we were not taken to the coral reef areas where the fishes are. This trip was not worth $174 per person.

Understandable that Weather conditions prevented it from happening but think we could have been given more notice.

The employees were nice, but I feel that an experience captain should have known that we were not going to be able to go snorkeling. They made everyone get into the boat when the sea was very aggressive a lot of people got sick from the movement of the boat and then they charge 50% of the trip.

Aloha! We apologize for the rough seas, however, such conditions can change quickly. Safety is the number 1 priority for our captains and staff, and we carefully gauge conditions to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests. Our captains are very experienced in operating the boat in a safe manner and take all precautions when navigating properly. Ultimately, the ocean conditions can be unpredictable, but we ensure that all aboard are safe.
