Private Secret Oahu Circle Island Tour

We had such fun and learned so much about the island. Our driver Daniel was the best. Even got to experience some foods we had never eaten before. He is very knowledge and personable.

This was my most favorite tour that we booked. I would recommend this to anyone. This is the perfect way to see the island. Dan our guy was wonderful. Really enjoyed having him as our tour guide for the full day.

We were traveling as a group of 5, so we had two jeeps for our tour. Our tour guides Sean and Kovin very informative and gave us alot of info about Oahu. We stopped for many spectacular scenic views, and returned afterward to the amazing swimming spot that the tour guides recommended.

I cant say enough about this tour! Absolutely loved every minute of it. We took this tour the day after we arrived so we could rest from the travel and get a look around the island. We were met on time by Sean, our tour guide, in a newer Jeep. Over the next SEVEN hours, Sean took me and my travel partner around half the island, showing us all of the hot spots, hidden spots, taking us to a local place for lunch, and suggesting places we might want to stop. We skipped what didnt interest us which was very little and hit everything that we wanted. Sean's knowledge of the island and the island history was excellent. I spent several years on Oahu when I was younger and I had forgotten much but Sean knew all the local spots and great beaches and it was a terrific walk down memory lane for me. But what absolutely blew me away was Sean's absolute sincere desire to show and share the aloha spirit. He truly enjoyed taking us around and showing off as much of what the island as he could. He brought water and some of aunty's homemade spam and rice bars for us on the trip, turned us onto to ice cream bananas from the fruit stand, and gave us a list of local places for good meals near where we were staying. From the Valley of the Temples to the shrimp truck and hidden beach, it was an extraordinary tour, very personalized, very relaxing, and I will definitely do it again the next time I visit. This tour was awesome and we would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was extremely flexible and even though there was a set plan, he was willing to revise it according to what we wanted to see and what we had already seen as tourists. We had kids and a senior citizen along for the tour and everyone enjoyed it. Our tour guide Beau Bertelmamn was the best ever. Very polite, funny and extremely knowledgeable about the Hawaiian culture, people and traditions.

Great tour as long as your expectations are NOT to go off-roading. You do stay on a paved street the entire time. I was mislead to believe we were going to drive through jungly areas and see the hidden parts of the island. We did get to see the house that was filmed in the movie 50 First Dates. The driver taught us a lot about the real Hawaiian culture and their views about the island and the government's involvement. I learned a lot on this tour and did get to see much more of the island than I would have otherwise seen. A little pricey though, but glad I did it.
