Beautiful cities in Sicily

Sal and Umberto were great hosts. Lots of info and free time for lunch and shopping. We had a comfortable van and took lots of photos. 3 of 4 of us are from Italian/Sicilian heritage.

Not as expected level of service

The price for this tour was very costly and it clearly said fully guided tour and we expected top notch services. It was a private tour. There were times we were just driven to the places of visit and given some directions and left to explore on our own. So we went about not having a guided tour! Further we booked through Viator and how was it that there was no group tours on your site but only private tours. If we had known there were group tours which were more cost efficient we would have booked that instead.

hi if you were wrong to buy this tour that was too expensive for you (you bought it, the platform works very well and is very clear) and you are angry, it is not our fault, we have been doing this tour for many years always in the same way , they have always been private tours for 1 to 8 people. all our customers have always been enthusiastic and happy, as can be seen from the many positive reviews. You have only found unnecessary excuses. "Your time alone is for lunch or shopping" as scheduled. We always do our best and respect the programs, we are sorry if you have not understood it.

The highlight of the tour was definitely Erice-a must see. We all wished that we could have stayed a bit longer. Segesta was interesting but I was surprised that the admission was not included in the cost of the tour. Trapani was a nice stop for lunch but we would have liked to see more of the town. The downside was that the tour guide did not have a microphone. Unless you were sitting close to him, he could not be heard in the van due to the highway noise.
