This class exceeded expectations. It was so much fun, so informative, and the food was the best we had during our entire stay! The company was organized and so prepared for us, and it was our absolute favorite part of the trip. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
An absolute must do in Palermo

If you’re in Palermo you simply must book this experience, it was the highlight of the trip. Michael is an excellent teacher and creates a fun and engaging atmosphere. Not only do you get to enjoy a lovely lunch with wine but you take away skills and an experience that lasts forever. Particularly recommend if you are travelling alone, as I was, as it gives you the opportunity to meet others with an interest in food and enjoy hearing their travel stories.
    Great day!

Great way to learn more about Sicilian cooking

Michael was very engaging. He, his wife and his assistant couldn't have been nicer. Michael also corresponded with me via email the day before with some great restaurant recommendations in Trapani (where we were staying) that proved to be spot on. The whole experience; the walk through the market, the purchasing of the menu items, the food prep and cooking were all great. The lunch with our fellow classmates, Michael and his wife and assistant included amazing food, good wine and lots of laughter. Well worth it.
