The cruise and the Hornblower staff were wonderful, but we had a horrible experience booking through Viator. The cruise we booked and paid for did not exist and we got no help from Viator. Fortunately, the Hornblower staff were wonderful and we were able to go on a later cruise. I will never use Viator again! Maryalice Fegeley

Great trip - staff were very attentive and food fabulous. Only negative was that we thought the boat was sailing to Newport beach and back. However it just sailed round the harbour at Marina Del Ray so didn't go very far. The onboard service was first class.
