Gozo Self Drive Quad Tour - All Inclusive

It was a lot of fun driving the quad, and the scenery was amazing. Also got to enjoy the local cuisine which was very good Sandro ( not sure if I spelled it correctly) our guide was knowledgeable and funny which only added to the experience.

Lovely ride, Lots to see, however would have been better with more and longer stops. New Equipment. Ride was great.

After getting the minibus to mellieha in the morning, there was a large group of people waiting with no information on where we should go. Eventually one representative turned up for the group of roughly 100 people and we had to wait for a wristband. After waiting for a long time, all of the people were hearded onto the large car ferry and not the private boat as promised (other day trip boats were running, so I am not sure if there were just too many people on a day trip with yippee that day). At the other side, there was again confusion and waiting as people were sorted into groups of tuk tuks, jeeps, quads etc. We were picked up at 8.15 (others earlier) and did not start the quad biking until 11am. We really loved the quad biking tour, however we only did just over 4 hours quad biking, as we finished at 3.45 and had a half hour lunch break. Unfortunately the trip organisation had not bettered for the journey home. We were waiting well over an hour for information on where we should go for the boat. We were led down one end of the port to wait and the when the private boat arrived they ran out of spaces and a group of us could not get on. Fortunately they did have another boat which we could get back to malta on, however this meant being moved back to the other side of the port. To improve, yippee needs to hire someone to be at each point of the day, who knows exactly where people need to be and provide information. It was frustrating, especially with such a large amount of people being hearded like cattle and not having any information. Also I am not sure this should be advertised as a 7 hour tour, when realistically the quad biking part of the day was less than 5 hours, and the waiting around and travelling part of the day was 5/6 hours. I have done the Gozo quad biking tour with another provider and it was stress free and as advertised. I believe this is because they had a manageable amount of people going on the trips and communicated with us on where we needed to be.

Wonderful tour, loved every part. We were picked up from our hotel and taken across to Gozo on the ferry where we were then taken to the quad bikes. There was only 2 other couples on the tour with us and our tour guide was very lovely and helpful. He took plenty of pictures for us and made sure we all felt safe when driving the quads. Had a lovely lunch included with all local foods. At the end we were then taken back to the ferry and got on a bus at the other side which dropped us off at our hotel again. Was all very well organised and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience! Incredible value for money.

An absolutely amazing day! Our guide was very friendly and made sure we knew how to ride the quads before setting off. He then took us on a grand tour of Gozo’s coastline, taking in all the main attractions stopping at each to tell us about them and gave us time to take photos.We also stopped for lunch at a pleasant cafe which served us great food and drinks. Would highly recommend this tour, I would go again it was that great!

The entire program was awesome. Many moving parts but all the transfers, boats and quad tour was great. Lovely local lunch and we even had time for a boat ride through the blue grotto. Amazing full day

À faire et refaire sans hésitation, bien organisé, capitaine du bateau super (je vous conseille de prendre le petit bateau brun)guide très bien, matériels top. Bref un condensé de découvertes entre bateau, plongé, endroit magnifique, plage, et forcément d’une belle balade en quad, et tout ça avec des beaux paysages. Un prise en charge parfaite du début jusqu’à la fin. Prévoyez de l’eau !

Super journée Quad avec Yippee, tout est pris en charge de À à Z, pickup à l'hôtel, transfert, repas.. Les hôtes sont adorables, le moniteur de quad vraiment au top. Le matériel est en super état, fonctionne parfaitement. Les arrêts intéressants avec assez de temps pour se baigner quand on est face à la mer. Peu de quads donc petit groupe, ce qui est encore mieux ! Prévoir un bon chapeau et de la crème car ça tape fort au soleil.

Die Tour auf Gozo war wirklich sehr schön. Man hat in der kurzen Zeit viel von der Insel gesehen und Quad fahren ist einfach immer wieder gut. Leider sind wir bis auf ganz kurze Strecken nur auf Asphalt gefahren. Es hätte mit den tollen, sehr neuen und gut gepflegten Quads auch ruhig mal etwas offroad sein dürfen. Das ist ein kleiner Kritikpunkt und ein weiterer ist, dass das Ende nach dem Essen einfach sehr schnell und abrupt war. Es glich schon fast einem Rausschmiss, das war sehr schade. Auch der Guide hätte gerne etwas mehr erzählen können bei den einzelnen Stopps. Und die blaue Lagune haben wir auch nur schnell im "Galopp" angucken dürfen. Ein Stopp war da für unsere Begriffe gar nicht geplant. Auch das war sehr schade.

L’expérience est assez sympathique, la visite de l’île est complète, on passe par tout type de chemin (routes et chemins). Il ne faut pas s’attendre à trop de off-road non plus, c’est majoritairement de la route. Cependant, les panoramas sont très beaux, le guide qu’on a eu est très gentil. Petit bémol : pas d’arrêt aux plages, nous ne nous sommes arrêtés qu’une fois pour un « quartier libre » sur une plage mais pendant 25 minutes.
